NPP Projection Report 7/13 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled a show playlist for NoBudge Live #28 (shorts 8 and 9 are in the correct placement in sequence and all volume levels have been adjusted) and updated the cue sheets accordingly with time allotted for the introduction and Q&A following the show; also waiting for the "Reconsider This" content to finish uploading to the shared drive before building out the Wild Wild West pre-show (this might not be completed until some time tomorrow but the "Girl6" trailer was ingested to the TMS and will follow this film's introduction) -- Built and scheduled a show playlist for Where the Crawdads Sing

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Where the Crawdads Sing DCP was delivered and ingested and TrailMix 7/15 DCP was delivered and stored in 4/6; downloaded and ingested keys for The Terminator and Where the Crawdads Sing

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Where the Crawdads Sing asset information was already logged but I did update that the content had been received

Maintenance/cleaning: There were quite a few extra poster cylinders behind 3/7 that I threw away (there are currently two empty extra cylinders to store one sheets for the archives and a third in use that is about a quarter of the way full); I swept in 4/6 to get rid of the dust/dirt buildup along the wall and around the projectors and between rounds in theater 7 sprayed the joints on the entrance door with some WD-40 to keep it from squeaking (placed some extra garbage bags at the bottom of the bin as well for future use)

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Updated cue sheets for the week with credit offset information for Where the Crawdads Sing

Marquee updated?:

Posters updated?:

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

Additional Notes: The light in the corner of theater 7 (left-hand side, closest to the screen) keeps having to be screwed back in to keep it from going totally dark; I'm not sure what is causing this but it's not the first time I've had to tighten the bulb on its threading -- it might be worth looking at the light housing to see that that's fitted correctly
