To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Added a volume cue to the Wild Wild West pre-show playlist after the tech and downloaded and ingested all available pre-show content from the shared drive to the TMS; built and scheduled a show playlist for Nope and made adjustments to all pre-shows and necessary trailer packs

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Alec was on site for a private screening of Thor: Love and Thunder in theater 1; I was scheduled to start after this event and arrived as the group was exiting the theater around 1PM

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Good Burger print was delivered and stored in 4/6 (we have a very limited amount of extra reels in these booths so this print will have to wait to be inspected until some of the other films are shown and taken off those currently in use); Nope DCP was received and ingested -- deleted the 5.1 version after the 7.1 content finished ingesting

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Looked at The Terminator DCP in theater 3 with Desmond and the picture and sound quality are top notch; also tested the first two reels of Wild Wild West in theater 4 and noted volume levels (the print is stellar looking though it should be noted that there may need to be some slight framing adjustments made at the top of each new reel to allow for some additional head room on screen -- I noticed some of the opening credits were cut off by about one or two sprocket's worth of film after centering the countdown as best I could when threading -- and there is the slightest bleed on the right hand side masking but it is mostly negligible)

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added additional information for Good Burger and Wild Wild West and updated fader level information missing from some of the DCP titles

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Added credit offset information for Nope

Marquee updated?: Letters for Where the Crawdads Sing were added to the marquee prior to my arrival this afternoon

Posters updated?:

Cleaning lights on for the night?:

Projection cart by entrance?: Placed behind 3/7 for the weekend

Additional Notes: Sarah mentioned that one of the servers was made to feel uncomfortable while running drinks during a scene in Where the Crawdads Sing due to a moment of sexual assault in the film; is there any way we might possibly be able to have a disclaimer slide and/or trigger warning PSA made to add to this film's pre-show or is this something we normally leave to studios and distributors to warn audiences about? I suggested that we (temporarily) make note of it outside the theater to avoid potential issues arising from it in the future but will defer to the MODs to figure out how to best address this amongst the server staff
