Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received two new Three Thousand Years of Longing posters, as well as two each for Oppenheimer and She Said. I put the first two Three Thousand Years posters we got in the trivia section, as well as the Oppenheimer ones as these would be a good prize and they’re just the teaser ones, and I doubt we’ll need to hang these before new ones come out for the release next summer. 

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received Jungle Fever, Crooklyn, and No Way Out prints. Universal sent us two prints of Crooklyn by mistake. I took a quick look at both and one looked to be in a lot better condition than the other (which wasn’t horrible by any means, but looked a bit beat up). After John emailed them that we got two prints by mistake they arranged for one to be picked up on Monday, so the better one is in 4/6 and the other is on the cart in 3/7. Brought Jungle Fever up to 4/6 as well and No Way Out to booth 1.

League of Super Pets DCP should be coming by 7, ingest to TMS/all servers.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Scheduled a FedEx pickup for Supernova for Monday. DHL will be picking up the second print of Crooklyn Monday as well. Both prints are on the cart in 3/7 for the weekend.

Print/video Inspection: Reinspected Supernova. It’s ready to go back.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: I tried putting that mic stand together, but I think the threading on the top part (with the mic holder) that screws onto the stand is stripped. The screw on the stand that was with it was too small but there was also another mic stand disassembled under the curtain in 1 which had the right size screw, but that wouldn’t screw in either. I ended up screwing the one with the smaller screw into the top of the other disassembled stand, as it fit in there, though this was the one with the ball missing from the tightening rod so I took this part out of the top with the stripped threading and placed it in this one. So there are four whole mic stands under the curtain in Theater 1. I’ll look for replacement parts for the other one to see if they can be ordered.

Organized the poster caddy, archived Crawdads and Nope posters and added some more posters to the trivia section.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
