Special Events/ AV set up: The Out of Time screening went very well. Wound the print back onto house reels for tomorrow. Cleaned projectors before/after.

The DJ set in Trees went well also. When Gerard came up to help me get the turntables out of the closet he said our setup was broken, which I hadn’t heard anything about. However he told me that John Woods left a replacement in the storage closet, it was just a turntable so I assumed one of the turntables was broken. After I set up our turntables Eliel swapped the broken one out for John’s (I didn’t know which was broken, both turned on and I had nothing to test them with, and I had to get ready for the 35mm screening). When we broke it down I left John’s turntable in the box with our working one. Someone was supposed to come work on the broken one today but as far as I know that didn’t happen. The broken one is in John’s box was in for the time being.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): I rescheduled the FedEx pickup for Monday to include Supernova and Out of Time. The label is already attached to the Out of Time box so please place it on the cart with Supernova after reinspecting and packing it up tomorrow night.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
