To do this evening/ was completed:
Presentation Issues:
Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled a playlist for the Sundays on Fire preshow.
Made updates to the playlist for the private Minions screening on Sunday. It needed 30 minutes of preshow, not 25, followed by the trailers and then the feature. Please check the event memo and ask Chenelle if you're not sure about any timing before building the playlist. I also asked her if we should include our in house trailers with the studio ones, but she said not to so I just used the adjusted trailer pack that was already made.
Trailer Updates:
Special Events/ AV set up: Set up Spoons in Theater 1 for tomorrow. Please remember to reconnect the wireless mics to the sound processor after their show on Saturday, despite everything else being broken down from Wednesday night which could've been left, the wireless mic XLR was left disconnected from the sound processor. Also, please take more time putting the cables away neatly when breaking down. Both XLR cables for the wall speakers were not coiled well and had lots of kinks. Leaving cables like this will damage them over time.

Downloaded and ingested all NoBudge shorts to Theater 2.
Outgoing/Shipping (content): Scheduled a pickup of the Matrix print for Monday. The print is on the cart in 3/7 for the weekend.
Print/video Inspection: Ran some of Project A 2 in Theater 1. Ran a bit of reel 1, then I ended up running reels 2, 3, and 4 through (ran 2 twice) to get a better sense of how it will look and what will need to be done to project it, as the print is in pretty rough shape. Most reels should look mostly OK, however reel 2 is impossible to get completely in focus. No matter what, it will be blurry at the sides. There’s also the section of this reel where the image is discolored at the center; it’s a couple minutes into the reel, and lasts about 2-3 minutes. I left the gate tension loosened all the way on both projectors, it looked best that way, and removed one of the studio guides from projector 1 which made the subsequent reels look a lot better. You will need to watch carefully and adjust the focus as it runs though, especially for reel 2, but keep a close eye on all of the reels. I gave Cristina all the details and the host will mention to condition during the intro, she will also add it to the event memo.

Maintenance/cleaning: Got the internet and Splashtop back up on the Booth 1 PC. For some reason it wasn’t recognizing the wi-fi, but after I restarted the computer it connected again.
