To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Updated preshow in the Three Thousand Years of Longing playlist, it had the Three Thousand Years of Longing preshow clip, but a generic Action clip instead of the George Miller and Idris Elba clips which were on the TMS.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received this week’s Trail Mix through Deluxe E-Delivery, scan EclairPlay on the TMS for trailers.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Sent Three Thousand Years of Longing to all servers.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Printed and attached return labels for Point Break. Attached included return labels for Demolition Man. Placed both prints on the cart by the entrance and scheduled pickups with FedEx for tomorrow.

Cleared Elvis, SPL and feature, from all servers since it was only playing over the weekend. Hanging onto the drive for now.

Print/video Inspection: Checked the Mummy playlist in Theater 1, it’s all good.

Reinspected Demolition Man and packed it for return.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added Barbarian and info from Deluxe, no tracking yet.

Pearl screener DCP is coming tomorrow.

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Built cue sheets and schedule for Friday 8/26 - Sunday 8/28.

Marquee updated?:

Additional Notes: Lillian, our new head projectionist, visited today. I showed her around the booths and a few theaters, and introduced her to some of the more basic workflow stuff like the TMS, automation, and cue sheets. Was a great visit, really looking forward to her joining the team!

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. To do this evening/ was completed: Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built a show playlist for Interstellar (all this needs is a volume cue which can be added once the film is tech'd) Trailer Updates: Special Events/ AV set up: Taking Off screening in theater 1 went really well Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordering/Receiving (content): Jawbreaker keys were downloaded and ingested Downloaded and ingested the "Antonias Line" trailer for the Boxcar Bertha pre-show Outgoing/Shipping (content): Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected Taking Off after the screening and placed all reels back on their shipping reels/in their canisters (also reached out the necessary parties at DHL and NBC/Universal to schedule a pickup) Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Updated information for a few titles this upcoming week Maintenance/cleaning: Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Marquee updated?: Removed Taking Off and added letters for  Boxcar Bertha  to the 3
