Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested The Reverend to Theater 1.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Out of Bounds print was picked up.

Print/video Inspection: Ran some of The Iron Giant, Panic Room, and Inside Man with Desmond. All three prints looked very good. Volumes noted and cues added to playlists.

Desmond also checked the Proud Family DCP. Info noted in the asset doc. It’s 1.78, maybe very slightly narrower as it appears just off center with the 1.78 masking without any bleed on the curtain. I’ll adjust the lens offset in a new lens file before the screening.

Teched The Reverend. Volume and credit offset in the asset doc.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Made two charts on the large whiteboard with gaff tape for tracking 35mm and digital content. Mark prints as they’re inspected if you’re screening them and for digital as things are ingested/keys are delivered. Digital events for September are all listed. 35mm programming is a bit lighter the next two months so I put titles for both September and October on there.

Maintenance/cleaning: Replaced the lamp in the Theater 1 Christie as it reached warranty hours last night. When I did the calibration I got an X and Z sensor failure alarm. DMS said this happened when they replaced the light lock board, and that it shouldn’t make a difference to the light on screen. Test patterns and content looked fine. I was able to adjust the X and Z position manually, but when I changed it I noticed no difference to the light level, so I set them back the way they were. DMS said we can order new sensors.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
