Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built playlists for Bodies Bodies Bodies and A League of Their Own.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Ordered posters for Emily the Criminal.

Ordering/Receiving (content): We’re opening Emily the Criminal this Friday, the title has not shown up on Deluxe yet. Added a note for the cinema meeting tomorrow so we can check on delivery.

Tiger Cage print, with trailers, arrived today. Brought it up to booth 1.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting Fire Walk With Me. It’s in pretty great shape. Finished the Janus inspection form, scanned it, and emailed it to Janus and copied Cristina.

Teched Jungle Fever and Fire Walk With Me. Both are ready to go, added gate tension to projector 1 in theater 4, Jungle Fever looked good with no tension on projector 2. Both knobs are set for the screening. Fire Walk looked and sounded great.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added info for Beast and Dragon Ball Super which are pending on Deluxe.

Maintenance/cleaning:  Noticed something strange with Theater 5 when I got in. The clip in the shutdown playlist failed to load so the lamp remained on overnight. Obviously because the lamp never shut off, the projector didn’t turn off when scheduled. I deleted the clip and reingested it, then ran the shutdown playlist and it worked. The clip took strangely long to ingest though, so I restarted the IMS after which things ingested normally.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Started cue sheets for next week, titles and showtimes filled in for the whole week, preshow-movie start filled in for Friday - Sunday. Started scheduling Friday.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
