NPP Projection Close 9/19



To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled the first three days of shows for 9/23 in TMS, updated the cue sheet accordingly. Left the rest for Lillian's training shift tomorrow. Attempted to ingest Ham On Rye to T3 but when I scanned local storage on that IMS I couldn't locate the file. Scanning local storage in 4/6 I found the feature easily. Maybe restarting the IMS would've solved it but a feature was running, so I let it be. Built a playlist for Rugrats Movie--it might need a little tweaking.

Presentation Issues: Bumped Body Double volume up to 6.0. 

RM approached me to say that the preshow in T7 is still blaringly loud, and that the credits during Bullet Train seemed abnormally loud as well. I know we looked into this already, but logging it here again.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
