NPP Projection Report 9/1 Admin


To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Switched Minions and Super Pets playlists for Saturday 9/3 back to the normal ones and deleted the Cinema Day versions of these playlists and the PG trailer pack. We received a notice that the Cinema Day sizzle reel should only go in front of PG-13 and R rated movies.

Scheduled Walk Hard for Sat/Sun. Removed the house lights full cue from the playlist as we didn't get any offset info, we'll have to get it when we can tech it tomorrow.

Built and scheduled No Country for Old Men playlist.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Set up for Spoons, Toons, and Booze. Mixer, mics, spotlight board, and HDMI and laptop sound connections are ready to go. Mics just need to be put on stands, which are under the curtain with the smaller mic holders attached. Please return the stands to the left side under the curtain and remove the mic holders and return them to the mic bin in 4/6 after the show.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Put away posters for The Silent Twins, we also received one for Honk for Jesus, which has a 9/2 release date so I put it with the trivia posters, maybe someone will want it.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Decided not to send all the titles we're reopening to all 7 servers, just sent them to where they need to play for the week. We'll see which ones stick around after this week. The houses where they are playing/ingested are listed for these titles on the whiteboard above 4/6 desk.

Sent Barbarian to all servers.

No Country for Old Men and The Player drives arrived. Ingested No Country to Theater 1 and Player to Theater 2.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Panic Room was picked up.

Inside Man pickup is scheduled for tomorrow. Placed the print on the cart by the side entrance.

Print/video Inspection: Reinspected Inside Man and packed it for return. A bit of dust remained on the last 100 or so feet of reel 6 which I wiped off, no damage to the print.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added info for Don't Worry Darling, which is pending on Deluxe.

Maintenance/cleaning: Organized poster caddy, archived a Barbarian one-sheet and added a few others to the trivia section.

Tightened the takeup belt on T4 projector 1 since it came loose last night. It should be alright now, but I will test it with a few reels before the next film screening in this theater.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Checked for tonight, first round Three Thousand Years was listed as ending at 8:34 instead of 5:34, fixed credit times and last call before sheets were printed.

Marquee updated?: Took down Inside Man and put up House of 1000 Corpses.

Posters updated?: Replaced Pearl with See How They Run in the lobby as this one has been officially booked.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
