To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Downloaded and ingested the See How They Run preshow clip and added it to the playlist.

Built playlists for The Woman King, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, and Mars Attacks preshow.

There is a 5min preshow clip for Pearl uploading to the drive, please download and ingest and build the playlist when it's ready.

Special Events/ AV set up:

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received new Don't Worry Darling posters.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received The Woman King on a drive. Ingested it to the TMS and sent to all servers.

Pearl has arrived on the Deluxe satellite server. Ingested to the TMS.

Started converting a DCP of The Birdcage from a file Desmond sent to me. He will be watching this for NewFest in Theater 3 on Wednesday. Please ingest it to this server once it's done converting.

In the Mouth of Madness print arrived, brought it up to booth 1.

The format for The Rugrats Movie screenings has been changed from 35mm to DCP. The print was in bad condition according to Paramount. The DCP is pending on Deluxe, I've updated it in the asset tracking doc.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Printed and attached a return label for High Risk. Scheduled a pickup for tomorrow. 

Print/video Inspection:

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added info for both Pearl and Hot Fuzz which are pending on Deluxe. Also checked for Hot Fuzz, Stardust, and Body Double tracking but those haven't shipped yet.

Maintenance/cleaning: I attempted to dismount the rear surround speakers in Th3 to replace them, but this really seems like a two person job because of the back row of seats in the way. Since the seats are there, I have to place a ladder on either side of the speaker to disconnect it from the mount, making it extremely difficult to get enough support under the speaker so it does not fall down to the seat/table below when I remove the last screw from the mount. I can try and get Juan to help with this, I don't think he was here today. For now, I've attached one half of the mount to the new speakers, so once we get the old ones down and their mounts removed, we just need to attached the half of the new mount that goes on the wall, slide the mount on the speaker into it, and connect the wiring.

Reorganized the poster caddy.

Placed an order for more supplies--5 of the 30-packs of cotton gloves and 4 rolls of paper tape. We go through both of these pretty quickly but with this order plus what he have now we should be set for a while.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
