To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Checked Minions credit offset and updated the playlist.

Downloaded and ingested new forecasts, Bebe's Kids preshow, NSF Call for Subs, and Candyman trailer. Converted the Bebe’s Kids slide to DCP and ingested that, as well. Made new trailer packs and built all new first run and special event playlists for next week.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received new Moonage Daydream posters, placed them in the caddy.

Ordering/Receiving (content):

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Inside Man print was picked up.

Print/video Inspection: Checked Sunset Blvd. and Walk Hard playlists for this weekend. Both are all set. Had to adjust the screen file and masking slightly for Sunset so it's at 1.37 instead of 1.33.

Ran some of the Starship Troopers print, its slightly scratchy but overall looks good. Volume noted and preshow playlist updated.

Desmond also looked at a bit of the Sign O' the Times DCP. Had already teched this one so I got the print ready while it was on in the theater.

Chenelle mentioned possibly doing a tour of one of the booths with a class of children to show them a 35mm projector, and screening something for them. I suggested Mulan, since that's the only kid-friendly thing we have on 35mm. I mentioned we only have two reels and they are pretty scratched and dirty. I took them out today to look at them again in case this happens, one is missing head and tail leader so I don't know which number reel it is. The other is reel 3.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
