To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: The last round in theater 2 did not start as scheduled and was delayed five minutes after I started the show playlist manually; I skipped ahead in the playlist to compensate for the delay

Special Events/ AV set up: The screening of Zodiac in theater 1 went very smoothly; I rewound all nine reels (these are heads out and ready for inspection again tomorrow) and cleaned both projectors after the show

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Empire of Light and Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile one sheets were delivered and stored behind 3/7 in the poster cubby; I discarded a few poster tubes that had taken on damage in transit and reorganized the few that were in better shape

Additional Notes: I was unable to make any progress converting the NewFest short film files to DCPs as I did not have access to the GoogleDocs spreadsheet with the download links for most of the afternoon; the desktop was running very slowly for most of the day so I hesitated to begin any new conversion tasks after Lillian granted me access to the spreadsheet (by this time the Zodiac pre-show had begun so I moved downstairs to start preparing the projectors and reels for the screening)

Projection Admin 7/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
