Ordering/Receiving (content): New Moon DCP came, ingested it to Th2.

I made a second spreadsheet to help us keep track of NewFest content and shared the spreadsheet with all the download links for shorts with all Prospect projectionists. Use the spreadsheet “NewFest x NPP DCP Tracking” to see what still needs to be downloaded/converted (some shorts will be received already as DCPs, all features should be delivered as DCP via a download link, except The Birdcage, which is coming from Deluxe), and update the “Nitehawk - NewFest34 Print Traffic and Tech Info” (which is the one with all the download links) as you download files so they know we’re making progress.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Cleared Blonde from all servers.

Print/video Inspection: Ran the first reel of In the Mouth of Madness in Th1 for Cristina. There are pretty consistent emulsion scratches which appear on the right side of the screen, as well as “speckles” throughout. Judging from the inspection report, it looks like these should be fairly consistent throughout all reels, but it still looks alright and sounds good. Noted the volume.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added tracking for Cabin in the Woods (coming Monday), Beetlejuice, Waiting for Guffman (both coming Friday 10/7), and Real Women Have Curves (no delivery date yet).

Maintenance/cleaning: Removed the shutter covers on the Th1 projectors to dust them. They weren’t super dirty but I still wiped them down.

Additional Notes: Th6 didn’t turn on as scheduled this morning. I scheduled it to turn on later to see if the scheduled was still working, and it did, so we should just keep an eye on it.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
