Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Checked the Starship Troopers playlist since it was missing cues, I mistakenly put the 1.85 Lens/Masking Change at the beginning instead of the 1.85 Preshow pack. I updated the House of 1000 Corpses playlist with the right pack since I used the Starship playlist as a template for this one.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Kim Garcia of NewFest contacted me about tech capabilities for the festival in October. I put together a document with our general specs for each theater and sent it to her.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received posters for The Banshees of Inisherin.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Bebe's Kids print arrived, brought it up to 4/6.

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: Teched The Player. It's all set for this weekend.

Reinspected Starship Troopers.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added tracking for High Risk (no estimated delivery date yet) and The Last Seduction (coming 9/9).

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
