Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I built the playlist for Decision to Leave. The only preshow clip mentioned in the Trailer list that I could not find on the server or on the Drive was PS_Generic_v9_25min, which I could not find no matter where I looked. The Generic_V8_40 was about 5 minutes too long, so I combined two generic clips that equaled 10 minutes instead. If someone manages to dig that other Preshow clip, by all means please do!

Lillian and I converted the PS_Generic_Korean_15min and PS_Generic_DecisiontoLeave_5min preshow clips in DCPoMatic because the original files weren't ingesting properly and ingested them into the server.  
 
Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Before I Change My Mind in Theater 3 went smoothly from intro into feature and then feature into Q+A. Everything there has been broken down and put in its place. 

Unidentified Objects was little trickier. We delayed the intro by about 10 minutes or so and then the Q+A ran long and everyone took forever to clear out of Theater 2. By the time everything was done, I had to cut about 24 minutes into the Bros preshow. 

The mics for Theater 2 have not been broken down yet, so those just need to be taken care of. 

I put the DJ Cables in Trees Lounge in their box, but I couldn't find the DJ key to shut down the receiver.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
