To do this evening/ was completed: 

Presentation Issues: One of the MODs brought it to my attention that the house lights were still too dark during the Black Adam credits even after the mid-credits scene had passed; I replaced the lights MID cue with a lights UP cue at the same timecode that Lillian had pushed it back to after the issue with the timing was first mentioned

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Downloaded and ingested new forecast content and added it to all upcoming OCAP and first run show playlists (the new how to order 'horror' content failed to ingest twice despite my downloading each of the two file types of every element that was uploaded -- reached out to Kat about fixing this on her end)

Updated the Night of the Living Dead show playlist and its corresponding cue sheet information and built and scheduled a pre-show for tomorrow evening's Demons screening; I started building the pre-show for Real Women Have Curves in theater 4 but did not finish this in time before leaving for the evening

Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded keys for The Woman King OCAP

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Printed return shipping labels and scheduled FedEx pickups for tomorrow for Beetlejuice and The Faculty 35mm prints 

Print/video Inspection: Teched the Night of the Living Dead show playlist in theater 1 (after adding the updated feature file to it) after the last round and everything is in working order

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):

Marquee updated?: Removed Beetlejuice and added letters for Staying Alive

Posters updated?: Left a couple Banshees posters out for Matthew to come pick up tomorrow morning to bring to NWB; The Little Mermaid posters were delivered and stored behind 3/7

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes (with two prints on it ready for return delivery)

Additional Notes: Just a note about the TMS but its clock is now running 3 minutes faster than the one on our 4/6 desktop; I wonder if this can and/or will cause problems in the future for automated playback(?)

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
