NWB Projection Report 10/14 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: There was no volume noted for the City of the Living Dead print so I had to bring this down considerably during the first reel (the mix would go from being deafeningly loud to nearly a whisper in the same scene -- I ended up playing the film at 4.5 for its duration); there were also multiple sets of motor and changeover cues on the tails of every reel and my changeovers suffered because of this (I was either a second or two ahead by rushing the changeover to prevent letting the previous reel cut to black before I could switch or a few numbers behind on the countdown on the successive reel -- I'm certain these countdowns didn't actually align with the cues in any way but thankfully none of the guests complained as the entire film was terribly scratched and often dipped in and out of focus/would shake from the countless splices and surface damage)

Preshow Clips/Playlist:

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: HorrorFest hosts set up a step and repeat in the lobby which will be left up for tomorrow morning's festival screening; the City of the Living Dead midnight screening in theater 1 went about as well as it could have given the state of the print
