NPP Projection Admin 11/28



To do this evening/ was completed: Tech'd Night of the Creeps in T2 and All That Breathes in T4. Playlist has been made for All That Breathes. Converted and ingested a holding slide for that screening as well. 

Attempted to tech Land of Dreams in T3 but the keys for it had not been ingested. Didn't see anything in the KDM email so I reached out to Deluxe and am waiting on a response.

Ran through an extensive tech with HBO/NewFest in T1. Content-wise everything went smoothly and adjusted volumes have been noted. I've noted all of their preferences and will cross-reference everything again with Chenelle tomorrow. We ended up watching the entire episode of Gossip Girl, which I was not anticipating. However, when it came time to test the spotlights, the presets we had weren't satisfactory and I was struggling to reposition the lights exactly to their preferences. Ultimately we resolved for me to continue working on the lights tomorrow during admin hours and send pictures to Kim from NewFest to get their feedback. What they want is a single spotlight to the left of the screen for the intro and a double spotlight centered beneath the screen (as much as possible) during the Q&A. 

Kim also sent over a little screensaver video with the Gossip Girl logo that they want to play on the Trees Bar TVs. I'll work on how to best present that during admin hours tomorrow. We tech'd it today with a direct HDMI connection--they were fine with it.

Reconnected the Ethernet cable that's connected to the DJ1 Ethernet port behind the cable box to the AJA converter. Was able to get soccer on screen with no issue. Not sure if this is fully resolved--will set it up again tomorrow morning to monitor.

Presentation Issues: T1 and T3 did not start as automated even though the playlists I'd run through had fully concluded.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
