Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I started building a playlist for Strange World. It is not complete and still needs to be fully built out. I downloaded, ran through DCP-o-Matic, and ingested the 25, 15, and 5 minute Strange World preshow clips from the Drive. 

However, when looking at the Trailer list for it, it's a little confusing. So we just burn through all the Preshow content (Like the Strange World 25-5 minutes all the way through) and the house stuff (Tip PSAs, Forecasts, PSAs, etc) all in a row before the feature? I know there aren't many PG movies we're doing to add to trailers, but in lieu of playing the Strange World trailer like it's listed, I assume we're good to add Puss In Boots trailer in instead? Just want to confirm that before making that adjustment. 

Also I wanted to double check that the Horror PSA is meant to be in the PG preshows? I imagine there isn't anything too freaky for kids, but wanted to double check. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: The Sip Cinema Black Panther 2 event went smoothly except there was an automated lights down cue once the feature started. I was able to get it fixed quickly. The mic and mixer is broken down and back in Booth 4/6

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Keys for How to Blow Up a Pipeline have been received and ingested. They go live 11:59 pm Thursday. The Hard drive is back up in Booth 4/6

Outgoing/Shipping (content): 

Print/video Inspection: Did a post-inspection for Batman Forever and filled out our first inspection report using our new template! It is saved in the appropriate place on the Drive. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes, I scheduled some more automation for next week and added the end times to cue sheets for most of Monday - Thursday. But the Glass Onion, Fablemans, Bones and All, and Strange World end times still need to be added. 

Marquee updated?: Batman Forever was taken down and replaced with The Woman Chaser. The Menu was also added. 

Posters updated?:

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?:

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
