Special Events/ AV set up: Both events today went great!

Land of Dreams: I checked in with John when I was talking to Chenelle as well. We grabbed chairs in advance and brought them down to 3. Jack had already set up the mic and mixers so setup was easy. I checked in with Caryn and the intro went great! Q+A also went very well and everything is broken down and back in 4/6

All That Breathes: I checked in with Chenelle first thing when I came in. Once the first round was done in Theater 4 I went in and set up the rest of the mic set up that Jack had started. The mixer from Williamsburg worked perfectly! We even had some time to do a quick tech with the hosts to test mic volume, spots, and for them to look at the slide and we were good to go! Transition from preshow to intro to the show, went smooth. Q+A also went well and everything is broken down and in 4/6

Print/video Inspection: I inspected The Thing tonight during the last round. It's in terrific condition. No splices except for one at the end and one piece of edge damage on one brief part of the 4th reel. 

There are sets of double cues on Reels 2-4. The cues on Reel 4 may be a little tricky to spot, but be on the lookout. The last changeover cue on Reel 5 is in the middle of a fade to black, just to note that as well. 

Other than that, a beautiful scope print. It is rewound and down in Theater 1 and the inspection report is in the Drive.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): I started laying out the cue sheets for next week (12/2-12/9) including all the start times. The end times need to be added and titles to be scheduled.

Additional Notes: When Jack and I crossed over, he gave an Apple Aux dongle to the bartender in Trees Lounge. Though when I went down at the end of the night to bring it back, they couldn't find it.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
