NPP Projection Close 11/30



To do this evening/ was completed: Yes, Barking Dogs Never Bite, Strange World_25min, and R-Rated Christmas still need to be ingested 

Presentation Issues: 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I started building the playlist for Violent Night. I also copied over the playlists for all first runs next week. 

I downloaded the updated Strange World preshow clip and the R-Rated Christmas Preshow Clips. They still need to be ingested and added to their respective playlists. They're already on the DCP drive, so they just need to be ingested. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: The HBO event in Theater 1 went off nicely! The intro and Q+A's went off without any hitches, even though they pushed the intro back by 15 minutes. Chairs and mics are all broken down and put back in their places. Lights were ultimately fine for the Q&A, it seems one of the strobe settings was accidentally turned on.

Ditto everything in Trees, no issues with any of the setup.

Body of Evidence screening went very well. Left the reels tails out in the 4/6 cabinet as our rewind bench is currently out of order. Sadly the preshow in the playlist was the wrong one, should've been the 25 minute PS_SE_NitehawkDiaries (which ends with a Madonna music video!) and not the one in three parts.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): After Lillian downloaded Barking Dogs Never Bite, I ran it through DCP-o-Matic and converted it. This should be ingested tomorrow, since we are looking at it on Friday.

Ingested Violent Night to the TMS and sent it to Theater 1.

Ingested A Christmas Story to Theater 2.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Managed to clear some space on the TMS by deleting the White Noise 5.1 version. Remember to delete these if there is a 7.1, after the 7.1 has finished ingesting!

Cleared everything Glass Onion.

Print/video Inspection:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): I scheduled most of next week's automation and filled out the credit end times on the cue sheets. Some special events and Violent Night times just need to be added and adjusted.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
