To do this evening/ was completed: Hey everyone! Happy Friday. You should have received an email from Alec earlier this evening about the new AOR (Areas of Responsibility) document as a guide for your shift duties. This will be live tomorrow, and once you receive it, I want to echo Alec by asking that you take the time to look over it and familiarise yourself with the flow of tasks. Alec has printed this out so it's available in the booth above the analogue cleaning supplies and maintenance station. 


The leaks in T2 and T6 seem to have been resolved. I had a look into the T1/T2 booths as well as T6 to check for any seepage.

I made the PG-13 playlist pack for 12/21 with the new trailer info. 

R playlist for 12/21 has been built but needs to have Skinamarink added when we get it)

G playlist for 12/21 has been built, but we're waiting on an extra trailer (not sure if this will be Mummies or something else...Kat to confirm). 

Uploaded the keys for the OCAP version of Violent Night.

Started working on the 12/22 playlists.

Special Events/ AV set up: I made the playlists for our 12/20 SE showings of Avatar and Wakanda  (T5 & T6) and scheduled them on the TMS. 

Chenelle confirmed today that the SE for 12/22 in T6 will not be happening.

The SE for 12/21 in T1 will also not be happening.

Maintenance/cleaning: I made the rounds this morning and noticed that the APC in T5 and T4 need to be replaced. They're in 'green mode,' which is essentially a form of self preservation. This comes with some weird benefits like cool temps that help to regulate small spaces like T5, but the risk is that we're screwed if there's a power outage because the APCs will really only last like 20-30 mins before dying. An APC gives life to each respective rack in all theaters. We get our overall power from some NYC supply company I don't know the name of, but that is our utility power which now passes through these APCs. Alec has reached out to the DMS folks to help us snag multiple APCs.
