To do this evening/ was completed: Uploaded keys for Train to Busan. Transferred the OCAP version of Babylon to T7. Built preshow playlists for upcoming 35mms.

Presentation Issues: Round 3 in T7, Otto, did not start as automated. I looked at the feature on the IMS and it was showing that keys were not active, even though new keys had been uploaded for both versions of the film. I reuploaded the keys in the IMS, which did not resolve the issue. Uploaded all new keys to the TMS, which did the trick. Theater opening was delayed by about 15 minutes, as I did not realize the automated start had failed for a little while.

No issues with RRR.

Additional Notes: Someone came by with a poster for a new Willem Dafoe film, stating that he needed to install the poster and take a picture of it, and then take it down again. I questioned him a bit about this, explaining this isn't how we receive posters, but he was pretty adamant and basically kept repeating himself. Ultimately we put the poster up in one of the cases inside of the front entrance. He took the picture, I took the poster down, then he asked if we could put the poster up outside. I told him no and that was that. Probably some sort of scam/quota fulfillment but he was adamant to the point that I didn't feel like turning him away. The company he represented was called DASH.
