To do this evening/ was completed: Babylon was removed from theater 7 (along with the corresponding pre-show content)

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Had to raise the volume in theater 2 for the final round of M3GAN due to the noise from karaoke below bleeding through the floor and the host was asked to lower the volume on her end

The static/crackling continued to be audible in theater 1 throughout RRR but no guests complained (update: turns out a few guests did complain throughout but they just wrote the issues they were hearing down on the index cards provided at their tables so...not entirely helpful to their own cause...servers did not realize this until after the guests had left and they found the cards with the written complaints)

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Karaoke at Trees Lounge went smoothly (setup was broken down afterwards and all A/V gear was returned to its respective storage spaces); B.A.P.S screening in theater 4 ran without any issues

Projection Admin 7/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
