NPP Projection Report Admin 1/20 (Lillian/Alec)


To do this evening/ was completed: 

Presentation Issues: 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Bringing Out The Dead playlist has been updated with the correct preshow. 

We received the Policy for Infinity Pool--also on the TMS now, which will replace our normal Horror Policy for the Infinity Pool playlist. 

Received and ingested Forecasts for 1/27. Rest of new content will be on the drive by Monday. 

New RRR files came through and they're still super loud, but they're not mega distracting. Alec and I listened to both Part 1 & Part 2 for ages and the crackling is more noticeable in the credits. We attempted to change the the levels on the processor, to no avail. The sound shouldn't be a major issue for patrons. 4.0 but nothing louder. 

Action Jackson playlist has slide. Ready to go. 

Keys for Infinity Pool come in on the 24th, won't be live until the day of! (26th)

Scheduled the TMS. 


Trailer Updates: 

Special Events/ AV set up: Ran Never Ending Story with Desmond in T1. Noted volume for both processors. Slide w/wash and spots setting is done. #403. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Sent out The Shining. 

Print/video Inspection: BAPs still has a bit of a glitch to it, but it's nothing too serious. We're going to try to find alternative options for this, but overall, it's nothing to worry about too much. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: 

Maintenance/cleaning: Received new SD cards. Might have mentioned to some but not to all-- we did, in fact, receive our third spindle. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Got the credits offset for AI, Action Jackson, filled out the missing cues for some RRR/Beauty n Bloodshed screenings. 

Marquee updated?: 

Posters updated?: Brought down The Whale and put up All the Beauty and the Bloodshed outside.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
