To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: The lights in 1 did not present any further issue throughout the night; the emergency lights were switched "on" on the breaker and were left as such during my shift -- no flickering to report

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Accidentally deleted Dr. Strangelove from the TMS/theater 2 not realizing it would screen again tomorrow morning -- the content has been restored and the playlist rebuilt/scheduled

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: NFL programming at Trees Lounge continued throughout the evening

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content):

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Printed return labels for The Neverending Story and Action Jackson prints and scheduled a pickup for these canisters tomorrow morning

Print/video Inspection: Finished inspecting the last (and final) reel of The Neverending Story this afternoon; the inspection report was filled out accordingly and all reels have been packaged in their respective canisters

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Second round of M3GAN had end credit times listed incorrectly; Paul called to clear the timing up and the necessary adjustments were made to the cue sheets

Marquee updated?: Removed Dr. Strangelove and The Neverending Story and added letters for Love & Basketball

Posters updated?:

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

Additional Notes: Ceiling light (left side, closest to the screen) in theater 7 went out this afternoon but I was unable to get a ladder up in between rounds to replace it due to the short flip times; there is a bit of a dark spot in that front corner of the room but it is more than compensated for by the light from the screen and the surrounding fixtures

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
