Projection Admin 1/19 Lillian/Jack



To do this evening/ was completed: Big, big day.  Please, please, please continue to check the cue sheets and look for any manual starts. Familiarize yourself with the Event Memos you're tagged in and communicate your questions/needs in advance. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Ingested new keys for our IMS switch-- we were all intentionally spammed with emails via Deluxe for updated kdms. Ingested the keys for Legally Blonde. All new kdms have been ingested into T7. 

T7 shows for 1/20-1/26 have been scheduled on the TMS, content is currently re-ingesting, but we're good for this evening. It's taking a lot less than time than I thought it would. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Preset for Shouting at the Screen yesterday--all good to go today, they'll just need a quick mic/powerpoint test. Again, the wireless bluetooth presenter is behind the curtain on top of the supplies bin. The mixer and speakers will need to be turned on in advance and the presenters will meed three wireless mics for the intro. The slideshow is ready to go. 

Jack preset the dj setup downstairs, they should get here around 6:30ish/7. Just turntables! 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): We're waiting for new files of RRR for both part 1 and part 2, which have terrible sound. Deluxe should assist soon so we can get this sorted before the shows tomorrow. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Bronx Warriors got picked up today. 

Print/video Inspection: McKegg inspected some film, built it up, and went over threading patterns and projection protocols in T1 with Jack alongside. 

Teching with Desmond tomorrow.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: We have a new--yet temporary--IMS3000 in T7. We'll be getting a more permanent IMS very soon, but this will get us through the next week or so. We'll go over the interface soon so that everyone can feel comfortable with it, but it's very, very similar to the IMS2000, just a few changes. I'm working with our DMS to make sure this happens soon. 

Colin and I went through the fire alarm systems in T1, 2, and 6. Everything's secure, the cues are working well. I'll be meeting with Juan in the coming days to do a few more tests. 

Received loads of Amazon orders for extra equipment today.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
