To do this evening/ was completed: Please continue to check the cue sheets each shift/check event memos and their playlists. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Kat noted in her email this morning that she's been having trouble uploading content to the drive, so we'll be getting the Forecasts and bit more content by Monday. 

Downloaded and ingested the following preshows: 
PS_FR_Knock at the Cabin_5min
PS_Generic_M Night Shyamalan
PS_Generic_Apocalypse_R

Built the playlist for Clueless. There will be 15 minutes before preshow starts for any teching requirements. 

Updated the playlist for Jack and Jill. Added the slide. 

Trailer Updates: DCP has been made for Anastasia, to play before NeverEnding Story. please addd go playlist 

Special Events/ AV set up: 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): We received Dreamcatcher today. This is in the 4/6 booth and can be inspected. House reels are fine! We're not showing anything on 35 in T4 until Dreamcatcher, then Private Parts. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): AI went out this morning. RRR (first drive) is outbound. Qubewire drive is also outbound and I'll be taking Cinema Village's drive of RRR back to them with the return label on unless they get back to us with the green light to post it.

Print/video Inspection: Tech'd Love and Basketball with Desmond today. Volume has been noted for both SR and SRD (volume does not change). Print is in excellent condition. 

Jack will be reinspecting Action Jackson tonight/ inspecting Dreamcatcher. 

Love n Basketball is all on house reels now. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. I added all titles throughout February and a bit of March. There is now a separate tab for festivals we have coming up. 

Maintenance/cleaning: We might have a monitor for T1! 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. 

Marquee updated?: All good. 

Posters updated?:

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
