NPP Projection Admin 2/16 Lillian and Jack



To do this evening/ was completed: Ingested Dreamcatcher slide, updated playlist. Tech'd Der Fan, Oscar Live Action, Wings of Desire and Part Time. Volumes have been logged, credit offsets too. Trailer packs updated with appropriate volume for in-house trailers. Cue sheets reviewed with Paul--we still need the Cocaine Bear preshow elements to make the playlist/adjust the cue sheet, but we have the feature/ingest letter to get credits (again, once preshow elements are complete). Kubo and the Two Strings keys will open 

Chenelle asked if we could play Everything Everywhere instead of the Lala Land blu-ray, per the client's request. The keys will still be active come 2/23. TBD.

Chenelle also brought a blu-ray of Shrek, which we'll be playing for a private screening tomorrow. BR can be ripped and converted to DCP tonight.

The fire alarm went off this morning, as part of either a test or an issue with the elevator maintenance being performed. We reset all of the lighting panels, aside from T5, by mistake, which leads us to our presentation issue below.

Presentation Issues: The MiT dimmer wasn't reset in T5, causing the lights to stay up during round one trailers. We quickly reset the dimmer, brought the lights down just a few minutes into the feature. The cue for 1.66 masking in T5 isn't responsive at the moment, will need to be re-programmed. Attempted to manually adjust the masking but the curtains wouldn't come in any further. 

Fatal Attraction 35mm should arrive tomorrow.

Special Events/ AV set up: Will is going to set up 3 mics for the special event (Michael Thorpe) in T3 this evening. 

Chenelle dropped the DVDs over (La La Land included if we don't go through with EEAAO). 

I showed Will MKV/Handbrake so he'll take a crack at it this evening! 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Posters arrived for The Flash, Guardians of the Galaxy 3, Operation Fortune.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
