To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built and scheduled a show playlist for Fire of Love with its pre-recorded intro and Q&A but the time shown on the TMS does not align with what should be on the cue sheets; the Q&A slide is a 30 minute long file and I placed a "skip ahead to next clip" cue about 10 seconds into it but the system still acknowledges it as the half hour long video it would otherwise be -- please double check this show playlist for timing and picture/sound quality -- I am unable to tech it tonight because the keys are not live until midnight tomorrow (note: tried -- and failed -- to run a test in theater 3 and according to the TMS the keys are expired...this is not true)

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Super Bowl screening went very smoothly; turned up the volume for the handful of people in theater 1 and connected the 1/8" cable to the DJ inputs for audio at Trees Lounge

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Downloaded/ingested keys for Fire of Love and Decision to Leave (with pre-recorded Q&A)

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
