NPP Projection Report Tues. 2/7


To do this evening/ was completed: I reset the Deluxe portal password. It had been changed but the one saved on Chrome hadn't been updated. I saved the new password, it's: NPP7projection

Uploaded our new TMS license, it will activate the morning of the 22nd, just before our current one is set to expire.

The ceiling light in Theater 1 is still misbehaving. Now it just stays on sometimes, no flickering, though I don't think at full brightness (didn't take a long look as it was during a show). Luckily, flipping the ceiling/emergency light breaker on and off does the trick until the electricians come back.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built Close CCAP and OCAP playlists. Built Love Witch and Howl's, too.

Scheduled next week's shows, just missing some special events still in need of playlists.

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Huesera + intro/Q&A went smoothly, Q&A recording has been uploaded to Google Drive.

Trivia went smoothly, as well. Be aware that with the protection on the wall, we can't hang the HDMI cable on the hook as usual. There's only a small tear in the sheet that the cable was fed though, I coiled it up and placed it between the pew and the wall so it's not on the floor.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): Received Fire of Love posters, I put them with the other trivia prizes.

Ordering/Receiving (content): Transferred Howl's to Theater 2 and deleted the feature from Theater 1.

Ingested Close and Decision to Leave, the latter came with the Q&A as well as an intro and a slide.

Received/ingested KDMs for EEAAO, Aftersun, and Close.

Started downloading the A Silent Voice DCP to the DCP hard drive overnight.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Love & Basketball got picked up! I let Park Circus and the receiving theater know.

Print/video Inspection: We looked at Huesera briefly and Love Jones, both DCPs look/sound great!

Teched the Part Time shorts for the 2/21 private event. I made a 1.90 lens file and masking preset since the host was asking about the alignment. The first two shorts on the DCP are intentionally scaled down and have black on the sides and bottom.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Entered info for Ant-Man, it's pending on the portal.

Maintenance/cleaning: Placed several posters in tubes for the archive, reorganized the upcoming ones, and threw out several more.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Built cue sheets for 2/10-2/16. Only missing trailer/feature timing for Decision to Leave, Cruel Intentions, Fire of Love, The Best Man, and the private event on the 16th.

Checked cues and schedule for tomorrow, all good though I had to adjust Love Jones end times to account for the intro.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
