Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Built the playlist for Part Time and Dreamcatcher, though Dreamcatcher needs to be adjusted once Cristina sends us the special slide. 

Downloaded the trailer of TheFly2 for Dreamcatcher playlist. 

Transfered Der Fan to T3. 

Tomorrow we'll snag the credits info for the Live Action shorts (unless Will wants to this evening!)

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Got a rental confirmed for 2/23 for a 16th birthday party. They're going to choose a BluRay from our collection and Chenelle will drop it off to us soon! Started a playlist. Memo link is here: Party Rental 2/23

Maintenance/cleaning: Alec and I spent a considerable amount of time today trying to fix a few errors with the projector in T1. Interlock issues. We deep cleaned, checked, and reseated different parts of the projector apart from the boards. We wound up situating the switch and blower in their permanent, upright positions with zip ties. How this works: the ventilation system should trigger these to stay vertical, but they wouldn't. Chris thinks we need a new Environmental Board. To be honest, I still think there's a few things at play we should consider. Alec and I also discussed getting a fabric exhaust system to replace the one(s) we have (on the roof of the projector). It was tricky to get the belt to stay put. For now, things should be totally fine with the adjustments we made today, but we'll work on this. 

Ordered electrical tape for the booths. Should be here by Friday. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Filled out info for Kubo and the Two Strings, Wings of Desire, and Dreamcatcher

Roger is (fingers crossed) hopefully coming to check things out in T1 w/SRD readers this Friday...will update soon. 

Will is going to clean the projectors in T1 tonight and check for any oil seepage. They were really rather oily when I went to project The Love Witch, so I gave them a good clean but they should be cleaned again. Team- please remember to get rid of the gunk in the projector ~ dirt/oil/debris build up that turns into unpleasant stuff that can latch onto the gate area. Check the walls of the projector and beneath the sprockets. Wipe away anything with a microfiber towel and qtips.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
