Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: The KDM for Cocaine Bear will arrive on Wednesday 2/22. 

Built the playlist for Fatal Attraction. 
Built the playlist for Attack the Block, but we still need the DCP. 

All Rep R titles (Attack the Block, Private Parts, Fatal Attraction) are still in need of the Rabbit Hole trailer, should we still be moving forward with it. It's still listed as TBD on the trailer sheet. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Did some rearranging to get the DCP of La La Land copied over to the DCPII drive. It's still copying over, but should be done very soon. This can and should get ingested to T6 as soon as it's copied. 

Took a seat out in T7 for 3:30 screening of Avatar. The screws are on the counter where we keep poster info in 3/7. Please put this chair back once the screening is over (just before 7pm!)

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Reached out to Desmond for delivery info for Attack the Block. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Kubo and the Two Strings got brought to the post today.

Maintenance/cleaning: In an unsurprising turn of events, Roger can't come in tomorrow or Wednesday, but if he can't make it Friday, he'll have someone else pop in to check out T1. Sorry, folks, I'm really trying to rally him but I also understand he's got a life and work. That being said, I don't know why I didn't think of this earlier, but we have a functional cp500 in T6, which we might be able to do a card swap with. I can try this either tomorrow night, or Wednesday, since it'll be much easier to test in the morning. (I'm covering for McKegg.) Alec, you'll have to unscrew a few bits n bobs, but the tool to take out the cards is still in the processor in T6 if you'd like to have a go! 

Brandon is sending me more pictures of the system they have at the university for 70mm. They're Norelco models with dual 35/70. I'm giving him more info about our platter system that's set-up.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
