To do this evening/ was completed: Matthew sent the film schedule this evening. The shows for this upcoming week can now be scheduled on the TMS. Cue sheets to follow...

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Made a DCP of Nanos, which has been ingested into T1. I noticed a bunch of files for NSF '23 that were downloaded to the DCPII drive, but not unzipped. Please remember to unzip these files or the server will not recognize them, and similarly, make sure the DCP is not in a million folders (even if it looks well-organized). Ingested loads of NSF '23 today. 

Got the KDMs for Puss in Boots, The Whale, Love Jones, Avatar. 

Keys for Love Jones will be active tomorrow. 

Keys for Brazil will be sent on Wednesday 2/8 per studio rules. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Chenelle has an engagement shoot booked on Wednesday 2/22 @ 10am, that will likely be in TH6. The client will be sending us some photos to run through instead of one single still image. We might be able to run these on a loop of sorts. More info soon. 

Cristina notified us today that we'll be receiving Goodbye, Roxy Carmichael for March. It is an archival print.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Received Being John Malkovich and Howl's Moving Castle. 

Howl's Moving Castle has been ingested into T1. This is unencrypted, so it can get QC'd right away. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Jack and Jill got picked up by the Sony courier.  Hard Day's Night and Dr.Strangelove can be brought to the post office tomorrow. 

Love and Basketball has been scheduled for pickup tomorrow and will be sent to the Rag Tag Cinema. Please make sure this gets picked up. 

Print/video Inspection: Received and inspected Being John Malkovich. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
