Hey, team. Thanks for letting me escape the city for a few days. I appreciate it! 

To do this evening/ was completed: I downloaded DCP-o-matic to the computer in T1, which we can now use. We're ready to start our techs tomorrow for NSF '23 with Opening Nite. I made a playlist with the shorts in order called OpeningNite_Tech_21423. 

Fire of Love will need a sound/masking check tomorrow!

Cruel Intentions needs credit offset on the cue sheet for tomorrow. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Checked the Cruel Intentions playlist, which had the musical elements of the show out of order and without one of the files, so it's been adjusted. Volume will need to be checked tomorrow morning for this. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: The Love Witch went extremely well tonight. I'm super happy. 

Ingested Michael Thorpe's DCP to the TMS. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Oscar Shorts for Docs/Animation, butthe  Live Action shorts do not seem to be available yet. 

Received and ingested the keys for Ant-Man, Infinity Pool, Puss in Boots. RRR keys came in, too. 

Downloaded and extracted Der Fan, which is copying over to the DCPII drive for ingest. 

A Silent Voice is on the desktop and can get copied over to the DCPII drive for ingest. 

Will attempted to downloaded With The Fishes, but it failed. I didn't get to that this evening. 

Ingested OCAP and CCAP files of Cocaine Bear. Please delete the 5.1 tomorrow morning. (OCAP did not come with a 7.1 version).

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
