NPP Projection Report 3/10 Admin


To do this evening/ was completed: Please take After Hours, Magic Mike, and Knock at the Cabin down from the marquee.

After Hours can be reinspected and packed up for return.

Download and ingest new preshow content and build next week's playlists.

Special Events/ AV set up: Jane picked up the Night Shift posters today. UPS has yet to pick up the other boxes though, I let the event people know so they can arrange another pickup.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): School of Rock came! I ingested it to Theater 2. Playlist can be built and scheduled when it's done. I'll QC it quickly before opening tomorrow.

We also got Women Talking back (?), was probably dropped off at UPS without the shipping label removed.

Had to download A Silent Voice again, the download last night failed. It worked today, and I extracted and ingested it with enough time for a quick tech. Playlist is all set and scheduled for the weekend.

Received Blue Velvet and Interview with the Vampire prints, they are in booth 1. We can start inspection, but keep them on the shipping reels as they don't screen for a few weeks.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): I cleared Knock at Cabin and Magic Mike from servers, and got rid of Tar and Aftersun. Hanging onto Everything Everywhere just in case this comes back after Oscars.

Print/video Inspection: QC'd Psycho II, Roxy Carmichael, and Good Time prints. Psycho is great, pretty perfect print, Roxy is really good too, as is Good Time though there are some visible base scratches on it.

Desmond and I also looked at the Five Devils DCP, seemed this was already teched as there was a good volume and credit offset in the playlist. Good to go, either way!

Checked the cable tv connection in Theater 1, we're ready for the Oscars.

Inspected the Roxy Carmichael print, it's very nice! Pictures on the drive.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Filled in end times for Silent Voice and School of Rock, did not get offset for School of Rock with the drive but I found the movie online and entered the timing based on that, will update the playlist with a lights up cue when I tech it tomorrow.

Marquee updated?:

Posters updated?: Took down Magic Mike and Knock at the Cabin and put Ant Man and Creed 3 back up outside. Took down the Scream 6 poster in the lobby (there's one hanging outside) and put up John Wick 4 with a coming soon snipe.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
