Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist:  Downloaded the 25min Studio Ghibli preshow to the DCPII drive. Others are still uploading. Please download and ingest. 

Trailer Updates: Kat sent over the new Trailer List this evening. We can start building more playlists now. We have just about everything apart from  TLR_SE_CarsGoneWild


Special Events/ AV set up: Got home quite late, so I'll update you folks on yesterday evening. 
The Oscars show went very well. Thanks again, Jack & Matthew, for getting that new cable box sorted. Insane that it went out on us that morning. Since I noticed that, around ten minutes in, the show cut out and the Verizon display came on, which is basically an "are you still watching?" type thing (so all that's needed is to just press a random button and you're back on), and since I'm paranoid, I wound up sticking by the cable monitor all night to make sure that I'd be there with the remote should it happen again. It was all fine. 
Dj set in Trees went super well! Eliel did an amazing job. Ring light was a major crowd pleaser. Took everything down. Once the Dj set was over, I grabbed an xlr to 1/8 to properly get sound up for the Oscars in Trees. Also went just fine streaming with the laptop. 

I took down the step and repeat this morning and finished putting away spare cables/any miscellaneous tech.  
The spotlight board is back in T1 and hooked up to its regular xlr. 

I took T1 Aja out of 4/6 and put it back under the curtain so that it's ready to go. 

We had an event (The Outfit) in T5 this morning, which also went just fine. Gave Chenelle the DVD back to give to the host after the show. There was no Q&A since their school bus came early. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): We received Two posters for The Five Devils. 

Ordering/Receiving (content): Reached out to John for tracking updates for Vigilante since we hadn't heard back from them just yet after giving them our certs. They got our FedEx info and the DCP will be here by Thursday. I updated the asset doc with tracking info. I am in a thread with the folks who will be distributing the KDM and will pass it along once we've got it. 

We should be receiving The Secret of Kells today...

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Printed out the labels and scheduled a pickup for After Hours, which will get swooped up by FedEx tomorrow morning. Brought the cans downstairs. 

Print/video Inspection: Started inspecting Interview with the Vampire. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. Added tracking for Secret of Kells/Vigilante. 

Maintenance/cleaning: Cleaned the 35mm port glass windows (inside booth). Will pick up McDonalds napkins for Wednesday cleaning, then I'll make the rounds in the theatres and get the opposite sides. 

Ran loops this morning in preparation for Psycho II. Changed the lens on P1 to 1.85 since it was still on Scope.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
