To do this evening/ was completed: Hey everyone! Had our cinema meeting today. We're good on content. April schedule for Prospect is sorted and I bumped the Spring/Summer email that is mostly concerned with Jack's Germany plans. I know this is quite in advance, but please take a look when you can so we can get the ball rolling. Thanks! 

Staff screenings for Shazam are out. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Updated the playlist for The Secret of Kells with the extra preshow content Desmond requested due to the film's short runtime. 

Trailer Updates: Added the Mubi_NSF trailer to The Secret of Kells in replacement of the 90s trailer per the Team's request. 

Special Events/ AV set up: One wired mic is ready to go in T3 for this evening's screening of The Five Devils. We received two posters for this film, which we'll give to the director when they arrive. I've put a note on the box in the 3/7 booth. 

Got volume for the Intro/Alternative ending for Breathless in T4. Playlist has been adjusted. 

Cristina will take a look at The Fugitive on Friday, along with the intro video and alternative ending for Breathless. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Spirited Away will arrive tomorrow. 

Ingested the keys for EEAAO, Cocaine Bear, Shazam.

Received and ingested the keys for Vigilante today.
Received the DCP of Vigilante, which is currently ingesting in T3. Once it's finished, the CRU drive and adapter can get brought up. Thanks! 

Ingesting John Wick 4. Keep an eye on this. 

We received Texas Chainsaw Massacre today. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Psycho II got picked up today! 



Print/video Inspection: Spirited Away should be prioritized for inspection tomorrow, once it arrives. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Yes. Added most recent received/inspected. 

Maintenance/cleaning: Alec replaced the power source in P1 in T1. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes. Adjusted The Five Devils and Secret of Kells, the latter of which now starts preshow at 10:20 instead of 10:50. This has been updated on the TMS!

Marquee updated?: Shazam will need to go up. Good Time will need to be taken down. Tough doing this with construction. Might be easier this evening...

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
