To do this evening/ was completed: Hi projectionists! So this morning we checked out the bulb in T1, reseated it, cleaned the lamp house, etc. We ran Eternal Sunshine for Desmond. Bulb flickered a bit...then stabilized. Ultimately, we wound up bypassing the airflow switch and, cut/frayed the wires and taped them together. This switch tells the lamp that it's okay to turn on. It's in a stable position, so the lamp should stay lit once you strike it. That being said, we are actively trying to get new bulbs from Roger, but if he doesn't have any in storage, it will take at least a month since they're made to order now. 

There's a tech website we can get ones from within a week, so that's another option, might be more expensive...Roger is going to storage this evening to see if they've got any, so hopefully by tonight we'll know and can make a decision in the next few days. 

Ran Interview With A Vampire (got volume, noted on the card). Looks great! Same for Eternal Sunshine...got volume...on card. 

Presentation Issues: 

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Matilda playlist(s) are all set. We got volume today. 

Trailer Updates: Kat sent out the new trailer/preshow info. Please check accordingly. 

Special Events/ AV set up: Star Wars is finishing transcoding in T1. I redid the DCP (there was a good file already ripped--with the opening sequence that wasn't in the last--the wrong file was chosen in the first place.) 

Both feature DCPs have been downloaded to the blue drive in T1 and can get ingested! Titles: Get It Back and Heaven Stood Still
There are trailers for both of these available via dropbox (Will/Jack, I forwarded you this email already so you have access to these and can make them if you've got time.)

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
