NPP Projection 4/11 Close (McKegg)



To do this evening/ was completed: The quietest shift I've had here in a while gave me some time to work on the cue sheets and get a head start on a print for next week. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Automation for next week's shows scheduled, including the OCAP screenings. Just certain events and 4/20 features need to be added

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers): 

Ordering/Receiving (content): Uploaded new keys for John Wick, Everything Everywhere, and Renfield

Outgoing/Shipping (content): 

Print/video Inspection: I inspected Paprika. The print's in really nice shape. A little dirty, but otherwise fine. I put them back on their shipping reels and boxed it back up so it can head over to Williamsburg where it belongs.

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): I made the cue sheets for next week. All we need is the credit offset timing for Renfield and the various events throughout the week. There are some funky preshow timing with some of these events based off of the memo and just looking to make sure it's all set. 

I also double checked tomorrow's cue sheets with tomorrow's automation and it's all looking good.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
