NPP Projection Admin 4/25



To do this evening/ was completed: Tech'd White Lightning with Cristina--volume logged. Put the print onto house reels. C wants to run our Hooper 35mm trailer before this show too, so I put that on a house reel as well.

Inspected the first reel of Matrix Reloaded--it's in great condition. Desmond would like to take a look at it on Friday, if possible.

DCP'd/ingested all of Desmond's slides for May.

Generic 70s and Are You There God preshow content is not yet available, should be ready for download by the end of the day, so AYTG playlist can't be built until then.

Buck Alamo trailer downloaded and ingested.

Alec set up direct HDMI connections to the Trees Projector for Plex/Trivia/Cable.

Adjusted showtimes for the upcoming week, as they were scheduled at the public "showtime" instead of twenty five minutes prior.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. We'll get our eyes on the DCP tomorrow to compare sound, though we're almost certain the loud, static noises that occur during scenes of explosions or closeups of nuclear particles are intentional.  I want to share with everyone a document I've whipped up called Housekeeping Notes for the Projectionist: Plattering Oppenheimer. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
