NPP Projection Report 4/12 Close
To do this evening/ was completed:
Presentation Issues: Desmond noted the sound "went out/dipped out" at the top of every other reel during the White Chicks screening in theater 4; I could not hear it from the booth through the processor speaker, so my assumption is that there was some sort of delay in the sound reader following the change overs from reel to reel but, otherwise, the sound from the print was nice and loud/clear throughout
Preshow Clips/Playlist: Dazed and Confused special event playlist was built and scheduled and the cues were updated accordingly; the event memo currently has no information regarding any programmer introduction/opening remarks (does this playlist not need a slide with the Film Feast sponsors?)
Trailer Updates:
Special Events/ AV set up: Karaoke at Trees Lounge and White Chicks 35mm screening in theater 4 went smoothly
Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):
Ordering/Receiving (content): Dazed and Confused pre-show content was ingested to the TMS (420_5min and 420_15min); finished converting all NoBudge content to DCP, ingested the shorts on the DCPIII drive locally to theater 2, and transferred the ones on the drive in 4/6 to theater 2 from the TMS
Outgoing/Shipping (content):
Print/video Inspection: Re-inspected and repackaged White Chicks after the screening (return labels can be printed/a pickup can be scheduled tomorrow)
Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Added credit offset information for Dazed and Confused
Maintenance/cleaning:
Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift):
Marquee updated?: Removed Shazam! Fury of the Gods and added letters for Renfield
Posters updated?: Added Evil Dead Rise to the lobby case in place of Renfield but was unable to put the latter up outside due to the amount of bicycles locked to the scaffolding which kept me from wriggling my way in between the poles and the wall
Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes
