To do this evening/ was completed:

Presentation Issues: The second round in theater 2 was delayed by 5 minutes because the server paused and did not start Renfield at 7:20 as automated

During the Bring It On screening in theater 1 this evening, the bulb in projector 1 began flickering during reel 2, going dark on three separate occasions (these looked like blips on screen), reigniting itself just before the changeover, then turning off completely once the switch to reel 3 was made -- I power cycled the rectifier and got the lamp to strike again  ... the lamp then went dark again during reel 4, close to the head, so I brought the house lights up, made a brief announcement to the audience, power cycled the rectifier twice (the first did not allow me to successfully strike the lamp), and ever so slightly adjusted the back of the lamp house before striking the bulb which, thankfully, stayed lit up for the rest of the show

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested the 5.1 and 7.1 files of Beau is Afraid (both CCAP and OCAP versions) and Kiki's Delivery Service (English dub only) to the TMS; downloaded the Divinity DCP via the link Cristina provided to the P&T drive in 4/6 + tried ingesting it to the TMS but this failed twice

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?: Kiki's Delivery Service information was updated

Maintenance/cleaning:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Cue sheets for tomorrow were double checked (some minor revisions were made) and compared against the sales listings on FilmBot for accuracy; there should be no issues tomorrow afternoon/evening

Posters updated?: Added Renfield to the front in place of Scream 6

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
