NPP Projection Report 4/23 Close

To do this evening/ was completed: Added special event/retrospective titles to the whiteboard in 4/6 for the month of May

Presentation Issues: None of the scheduled OCAP screenings today were placed on the TMS this morning/early afternoon; I began double checking the cue sheets this evening (around 5PM) after getting up to the office from updating the posters and marquee and realized that the 3:45PM Super Mario Bros. Movie, which was nearly over, was the wrong (read: CCAP) show playlist, and quickly realized none of the other OCAP shows from this morning were scheduled as such -- I am not entirely sure who is responsible for having placed these show playlists on the TMS for this day/the week but this is a pretty egregious error and should have been fixed in advance in order to  reflect the cue sheets -- thankfully no complaints were made but we can not repeat this mistake

Noticed during a walkthrough this evening that the image in T6 (final round, during Chevalier) was bleeding on the left side curtain; I waited until the feature ended, tested the FLAT macro, adjusted it accordingly to fit the screen, and saved the file

Maintenance/cleaning: Tossed the garabage(s) in the 4/6 booth

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): RM noted a couple cues were entered incorrectly for the third round in T4 ("lights down" & "movie starts" time codes) and these were adjusted accordingly; double checked the cue sheets for tomorrow and updated the TMS accordingly (there was one unscheduled OCAP screening in T5 that needed to be changed)

Marquee updated?: Removed Ronin and added letters for Highlander 2

Posters updated?: Added Beau is Afraid and Chevalier to the exterior poster cases; put Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 in the lobby beneath a coming soon snipe

Cleaning lights on for the night?: Yes

Projection cart by entrance?: Yes

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
