To do this evening/ was completed: NoBudge 33 playlist updated with volume and lens/mask cues.  Highlander slide DCP'd.

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: Tech'd Kiki's Delivery Service. Playlist is complete (adjusted volume)

Tech'd Dazed and Confused plus new First Runs. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Double checked the playlist for Shouting at the Screen. Went through the show to make sure the hdmi cues were all set. This should be a smooth show! Bluetooth presenter is working great. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested Getting It Back to T1 server. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): 

Print/video Inspection: Inspected The Step Father and reels two and three of Highlander II. The former has a load of base scratches in all reels, but should be fun nonetheless. It's a little beat up, and I am reaching out to both of these prints' respective distros since they need some adjustments made. Highlander II has edge damage that's essentially missing a piece of the edge via the emulsion side.

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Paul and I meticulously went through all the cue sheets for this upcoming week. The only info we need to fill out is for Getting It Back and Heaven Stood Still, Highlander II. Please remember to keep checking the cues for this week.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
