To do this evening/ was completed: Thanks, everyone, for coming to the cinema meeting today! Williamsburg June schedule is still getting sorted, but we've got just about everything sorted. Alec will be mulling it over. 

All SE playlists built--a few are missing credit offset times (Smithereens, Buck Alamo). 

Tech'd Suzume--subtitled version with OCAP confirmed to work just fine.

Scheduled a pickup for Dead Calm tomorrow between 12-6--print can be brought down tonight or tomorrow morning.

Presentation Issues: NOT a presentation issue, but I alerted MOD that the beeping sound they're hearing from T5 (and perhaps in other booths) is the APC. We're getting new ones tomorrow and Alec and I will install on the dot. We'll more than survive until tomorrow. This is backup. Don't worry about the noise-- it's just an alert that they're running low.

Trailer Updates: BCB sounds great at 4.0. Added to the white board. 

Special Events/ AV set up: Confirmed details for the school tour on Monday with Chenelle! Future projectionists! 

Spider Man 2 is transcoding in T1 to the DCPIII drive. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Really waiting on Renfield. Waiting on folks from Deluxe and I let Matthew and JJ know. I asked Alec if the DCP got sent to WB instead. I'll keep everyone updated. 

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Please bring down Dead Calm tonight (it's by the t6 projectors) getting picked up tomorrow.

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start. NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state. To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all. Thanks for the Christmas coverage and for quickly hopping on board to accompany Alec while he's out for a little while - I really appreciate it. We've just about got our schedule sorted, so please remember to take a look to see the changes made.  Presentation Issues: Preshow Clips/Playlist: Double checked that T6 and T6 specific playlists are all set.  Tomorrow! Please get your eyes on When Harry Met Sally just to check sound/image and credits info. Screens this Saturday/Sunday but the keys open up tomorrow. I adjusted the playlist based on the ingest letter (and looked it up online, but the offset is a little different, so you'll want to make sure!) Thanks!
