Special Events/ AV set up: Past Lives event was fine. Deleted the playlist and feature afterward.

Karaoke in Trees, also fine. I put back everything from the Trees closet but I grabbed the mixer and a mic from Theater 4, they are in 4/6. Please put them back tomorrow.

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): Ingested new Beau keys.

Outgoing/Shipping (content): Raw Deal got picked up

Print/video Inspection: Put the rest of But I'm a Cheerleader and The Apple onto house reels.

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes, tomorrow is all good.

Marquee updated?: Took down several things from the marquee: Evil Dead Rise, Driver 23, Raw Deal, Beau is Afraid, D&D. We're still playing the latter two but they needed to go to make room for You Hurt My Feelings, The Little Mermaid, and the Mubi sponsored series ad. Speaking of which, I put up the two new first run titles. Letters for the Mubi ad are in 3/7 and can go up tomorrow. I was going to put this up myself but it started raining and fire trucks pulled up outside (not for us).

To do this evening/ was completed: Scheduled 1/3 - 1/9 in LMS. A few manual starts in there. I scheduled those shows just a minute or two after their real start time to get the content transferred, just FYI. Started building the cue sheets as well. Got the first three days done. SE screenings went smoothly. Projection Admin (and Close) 10/19

To do this evening/ was completed: Real quick - It was a great day! For tonight, I've let MOD know that, since I'm more comfortable staying until most of the last round starts (due to some funky server issues we've been having), I'm going to go see a movie in T2 and can silently text with them if they need anything or should anything go wrong (knocking on wood).  Extremely thrilled to say that all three NewFest shows went very well this morning/afternoon. It was definitely a bit of a magic trick with some overlapping intros/Q&As but having my personal ROS helped so much. Thank you to Desmond, NewFest rockstar.  Desmond and I double checked all shows before doors. Gaffed the wired mics and tested everything. Since one guest for the q&a in T2 wasn't comfortable with the chairs, we swapped our directors chairs for the ones in the bar, which still worked super well with the slides and spots.  Had to ride the mic in trees a bit since everyone's got a differen...

NPP Projection Report 4/6 Open

To do this evening/ was completed: Theater 3 issue happened again, Carly radioed me that the second round preshow didn't start. I was able to restart the projector and put the preshow on about 12 minutes before lights down. Trailers/feature played fine after that. I wrote again to DMS and Jerry said he'll have a list of parts to replace on Monday. For the sake of clarity, here is everything I've gathered about this issue: -When it happens, you won't be able to control playback via the TMS, manually fire automation cues, or access the IMS web GUI at all -Schedules for Theater 3 will display as "KDM missing" and the storage health icon on the Overview page will say "Storage degraded," even though the storage is healthy and KDMs have been uploaded and are active. -This issue prevents the server from validating KDMs (even though they are there and valid), so encrypted content will not play with the server in this state.
