Projection Admin/Mid 5/19 Lillian

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey everyone, please make sure you fully address the cue sheet section in your blog every shift. We've gone over this - it is mandatory. 

Just so everyone knows - Paul and Matthew are working on fixing the first floor AC Units for booths 3/7 & 5. There's a miniature fan going in 3/7, but it's not enough to keep the projector from flashing warnings every now and again. It will be fine, and the door to T5 is open, but please check in on the projectors every few hours. 

Another note: When we schedule the TMS and cross reference it with the cue sheets, we should be checking to make sure all KDMs are active (including T7! - despite the fact it always says that KDMs are missing when they're not, we still can't guarantee this isn't correct sometimes). We didn't have a proper extension for DnD or Super Mario, the former of which needed it for a showing today, and whilst this is largely a booking mishap, we do have some control over catching stuff like this. 

I deleted a bunch of stuff off the TMS, specifically in T6.

Print/video Inspection:  Started inspecting But I'm a Cheerleader. I'll finish it up tomorrow. Print is in immaculate condition. 

Alec ran a reel of Raw Deal for Cristina this morning. 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Alec accidentally came in this morning, but he's an absolute gem for getting the belt off the Kelmar table in T1. He had to do the same thing I did in T4/6 (shimmying if on/off) since the take up apparatus had been bolted in there pretty intensely, but the replacement has helped. 

I fixed the bench in T4. We're getting great winds now! Pretty sus, but after cleaning/re-greasing I noticed the main problem was that the take up spindle section screws were incredibly loose. I'm surprised we didn't notice this before. Both Alec and I haven't done significant maintenance on this since I last adjusted the Kelmar pad on the friction clutch (opposite side of the issue) a couple weeks ago. One screw on the back of the take up section was the wrong size and had fallen off, and there was some green electrical tape inside (that we don't own). Neither Alec or I would have left this in such a state and we were super confused ( also - I found the proper screw inside the cup with the pens!). Keep your eyes on Roger when he's here lol  

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Checked all the cue sheets today and crossed referenced them with the TMS schedule. Found one show had been scheduled with a 5/12 playlist. This has been fixed. Added info for Master Gardener and Raw Deal. I reached out to the director of Driver 23 for credits info since this is a tough film to find online. 

Alec, Cristina and I went over the Academy paperwork this morning. We're getting this sent out real soon.
