Projection Close 5/22 Important info for tomorrow/coming days. Pls read all.


To do this evening/ was completed: Posting now before my eyes start to get a little sleepy. 

Added a bunch of photos to the drive for Harriet the Spy and But I'm a Cheerleader. 

Noticed that Driver 23 wasn't scheduled on the TMS, likely because it starts two minutes after the previous show lets out, so keep an eye on that playlist to make sure it starts. No biggy if it doesn't since we can just manually start that. 

I reached out to the folks in charge of Past Lives to see if we'll be getting that KDM soon since the screening is this Wednesday. It's coming through Deluxe, and whilst there's an active order, it looks as though they're being held. I copied Jeffrey and the projection team so we an all receive an update and get those keys asap. 

We did not receive the film schedule yet. 

Presentation Issues:

Preshow Clips/Playlist: I built a playlist for Total Recall (the private on 5/25). This still needs to be tech'd. I set sound to 5.0 but there's a chance it might need to be louder. 

Trailer Updates:

Special Events/ AV set up: Raw Deal was really fun! Screening went great. Reels are on the rack by the comp ready to get re-inspected. 

Ordering/Receiving (posters & trailers):

Ordering/Receiving (content): We received the preshow content for The Apple. Downloaded this and made the DCP for it. Ingested it to the TMS. Opener for tomorrow can get eyes on this. 

Downloaded and ingested KDMs for Guardians and Little Mermaid

Outgoing/Shipping (content):

Print/video Inspection: 

Asset tracking doc updated/checked?:

Maintenance/cleaning: Cleaned the projectors in T1 today before the show. They should get cleaned tomorrow along with T4. 

Cue sheets updated/checked (every shift): Yes! Kept my eye on em this evening and checked all of tomorrow. Adjusted a show in T4. 
Note: I adjusted the event memo for Driver 23 since it said T1 but we're screening this in T4. Also, as previously mentioned, I did reach out to Rolf and Joe for credits info so I'll let you folks know asap. I reckon they'll get back to me tomorrow. We can then add that to the cue sheet.

To do this evening/ was completed: Hey all! Well, we're just about there! Barbenheimer starts tomorrow. Alec and I ran the print this morning as a dress rehearsal to check image/sound and to give our lovely staff a first look. The print looks really beautiful and I'm very excited for this run. NPP Projection 11/17 Close

To do this evening/ was completed:v Mandy ingested to T1. Reached out to Vision for new posters. Was placed on hold, which was more an unending cycle of pressing 1 for hold and then being told to press 0 for voicemail or 1 for hold. Point being I left a voicemail requesting new posters. Gave them our account number, location and my cell. Outgoing marquee letters taken down. 11/10 playlists and forecasts deleted, Chicken Run V2 and Christmas Action trailers downloaded and ingested, 11/24 A1 playlists and packs built. Inspected Raising Cain print. It's in good condition, minimal scratching, no splices. Inspection sheet filled out. Transferred Marvels content to T6, as it was missing from the server due to the 1:20 tomorrow being a manual start.
